Cancellation Policy

Hold Me Tight® Workshop Weekend Booking Policy Registration & Payment Your registration for the Hold Me Tight® Workshop Weekend is confirmed once payment has been received. Your registration reserves a space specifically for you and your partner, so please review the dates and details carefully before completing your booking. Cancellation & Refunds Because workshop spaces are limited, cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the workshop to receive a refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the workshop are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your registration to another couple or participant, subject to approval and any applicable registration requirements. Rescheduling If you need to change your registration or have an unexpected circumstance that prevents you from attending, please contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee a refund or transfer, we will do our best to work with you when possible. Workshop Cancellation or Changes In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or significantly reschedule the workshop, registered participants will be notified as soon as possible and will have the option to transfer their registration to a future workshop or receive a full refund of their registration fee. Health & Emergencies If you are unable to attend due to illness or an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will consider requests on a case-by-case basis. By completing your registration, you acknowledge and agree to the booking and cancellation policy above.
